MImAbs platform can be accessed in stretches for a service-on-demand approach where only part of MImAbs’ offer is contracted, when and if required. MImAbs offers two types of R&D Services: catalog or customized services.
Catalogue services corresponds to well defined R&D steps readily available, have a fixed price and can either be performed under contract or with a purchase order, depending on the extent of work required:
Recombinant mAb generation (generation of mouse or rat hybridomas, cloning of VH and VL, sequencing, humanization)
mAb bioproduction (from mg scale to gram scale)
Generation of ADCs
In vitro mAb validation using ADCC and ADCC-like assays
In vitro/in vivo validation of bi-specific antibodies engaging human CD3ɛ
Combination with anti-PD1/anti-CTLA4 on syngeneic mouse models
Customized stretches often require set up experiments, need to be performed under contract and will be priced in cost-per-work packages.
